Ok, I give up !! (can you see me NOW?)

I have no real gardening subjects at the moment .. but Sophie has managed to "voice" her opinion of this little guy .. No, I don't let her have houseplants for desert .. she was just so nosy the other day I let her have a smell .. which lead to a lick ... which lead to "can you see me hiding behind this pot?" ...

Joy,

This is just too cute! What a rascal!

Kipper, one of my 'triplets' (3 of my 4 cats are brothers and litter-mates/6 years old/white & orange tigers) is on a day-long time-out from this morning, from some horrendous, early morning behavior, from which he may be pardoned by supper time. We'll see... Deb

VP .. I'll send her over to help you out then shall I ?? LOL

Deb .. what on earth did poor Kipper do ? .. yup .. a certain tone of voice and a lot of screaming gets Sophie moving .. haha

Joy,
Sophie can obviously tell how horribly bored you are and has decided that her poor human needs some entertainment until her garden begins to grown again. That is one intelligent feline...LOL. And I hate to rub it in but I finally have signs of spring that is if the tonight doesn't do them in...

I think I am loosing what is left of the few functioning brain cells I had ? ..... a menopausal woman can only take so much of this winter punishment ! LOL

Ouch! Ouch!!! But for whatever reason, my cats have always liked nosing around cacti, too. It's when they start eating my begonia leaves that I really get aggravated...

I wish I could have a kitty. I am allergic to them-errrr. She is really pretty and very nosey. She looks spoiled as a good cat sould be. She is used to being where momma is. I had a dog that I treated just like it was one of my own children. I miss her so much. Thanks for sharing today. I'm bored stiff too. I'm watching our meterologist try to keep up with the tornado alerts. So far not much damage but it is suppose to get worse before midnight. I got a basement so all is well.

Tisha would have had the hen and chicks pulled out of the pot and scattered on the table in about 10 seconds. Your cat must have better manners.

lol! That is so cute. My cats are always getting into my plants, so I have far fewer indoors than I used to. most of them have been taken to my office.

Hi owin & irena ! Thanks for stopping by

Hi cabs .. this is the first time I have so many indoor plants .. Sophie can't actually get to most of them .. but my windowsill plants are dear to me and she has been GOOD ! LOL

Debbie .. Sophie knows I hold the treat bag .. blackmail on my side ? LOL

Anna .. we have lost two of our beautiful Calicos in less than two years .. our hearts were broken. We love our cats dearly .. Sophie is just turning two this June and yes, spoiled rotten but she really does bhave well too !

It's tough to think gardens when the weather is delivering sleet and snow. All schools are closed today and unnecessary driving is being discouraged.

It's even tough to comment. I've got Jax (the shoulder cat) on my right trying to clean my ear. Stinky on the other hand is doing his best to add his own comment while sitting on my lap. Meanwhile Kitty Kay and Itty Bitty are looking for an opening so they too can pester me. The rest are busy sleeping.

Hi wiseacre
You are LOVED by the little troop of furry souls there .. I think that is some of the best love in the world quite frankly .. but only another cat person(people) ? can apprciate that type of love ! LOL
I'm surffing through plant sites trying to think garden thoughts .. worried about what kind of selection we will have in Kingston with Epic Plants out of action ..
BIG sigh .. winter just won't leave ...

Joy,

This is why I have fake sedums....Coal, my black cat with 5 white chest hairs, would snack on them other wise.

Have fun today...Gail

I am pretending to be "Head Gardener" even though Sophie thinks she is at the moment !
