Apple of my Eye

After yesterday's hard pruning of our trees .. and the sacrifice of a lot of apples to whip this puppy into shape .. well I was glad to get a pretty picture of at least one intact apple .. this is a 4 graft dwarf apple tree and which apple this is ? well .. hum ?
