Nancy .. just can't help thinking in Halloween terms today ? LOL

Cindee .. this morning shot was tricky with strong sun light streaming in .. thought it was kind of cute.

Gail .. our little Goldfinches are ver resourceful ! LOL .. they know where the good stuff is : )

Darlene .. I didn't have many that grew well .. I'm loosing more and more sun areas in the garden every year .. oh well .. more shade perennials to come ? LOL

Wow! Beautiful sunflowers. A squirrel or rabbit always seem to get to our sunflowers when they're just seedlings. But our zinnias grow beautifully, and then that little goldfinch shows up :)
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog with your kind words! I've posted the picture revealing what is growing in the farmer's mystery pots, if you want to take a look!

Love your Halloween sunflower. LOL

I have lots of sunflowers this year, a first for me. They are all rather plain but pretty. Next year I want some of the fancy ones like you have.

Marnie .. I thought I knew what these sunflowers would be like when I bought and planted them .. but they are even better than I hoped .. there aren't as many as I hoped for though .. too thin and straggly ? .. Hope you get some fancy ones for next year ! : )

Thanks Joanne .. I wish I had more but it hasn't been a great year for them .. I'm comig over to see what was in that fardmer's field ! : )
