Shadow Shot Gargoyle Style

This week shadows are very hard to come by .. so my last resort is to snap away at the 'boys" when I had a quick chance of a dancing shadow pausing on them just to be a tease ?
As said "shadows" paused .. the boys had moments to reflect on themselves ?
Winthrop about his wings ...
"Thinking Gargoyle' ... well he is a deep thinker, so I would not hazard a guess as to his thoughts swirling around ... perhaps the 2012 Mayan predictions ? eeeekkkk !
WG aka "Weather Gargoyle" .. rather straight forward with this little creature ...
It is ALL ABOUT the WEATHER ... and how strange it has been these past weeks ..
I wonder if he knows more and is staying "mum" on the whole catastrophe coming ?
So .. it has been "Gargoyle Shadow Shots" for me this time ..
I miss my garden terribly already and it is going to be a LONG winter from that view point ... that deserves another long eeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkk !
How ever .. Shadow Shooting is a fun way to pass the time and I thank Tracy at Hey Harriet for this cute meme to stick to .. go have a peek at the Shadow Shooters gallery ..... you WILL enjoy it! wink wink

We've been having strange weather too Joy - winter has come early this year.

So you've changed your blog name - interested to know why you did it. Must go and update my blogroll 'cos it points to a name that no longer exists in the blogosphere - most spooky ;)

Thanks for your visit over at mine - I think the new Dr Who is great and the Xmas special looks a cracker :)

I'm sure your weather gargoyle will be working overtime with this storm moving into our area ... yuck, ice rain and snow. If we all cross our fingers tight enough and wish, wish, wish, perhaps it will bypass us. I have a feeling we won't be so lucky this time.

Fun shadow shots for the day and I don't like thinking how much winter still remains either! It's not so cold here, but grim, gray, wet, yucky! Hope you have a good weekend in spite of the weather!!

I need some of those little guys for my garden so they can look in the window at me and keep me company. Watching The Big Chill right now, husband says it's a nothing movie, but the music is sure great!

Oh, I hear you!! While the white world surrounds us, I still yearn for spring. Luckily we can busy ourselves with preparations for Christmas.

hehe... very clever and interesting shadows you shared this week! It must be a real pain not being able to tend to the garden for so long. I hope your winter passes quickly. Not that they actually do pass quickly, but I hope it at least feels as though it passes quickly. If that makes sense. Keep warm! Have a great week :)

Hello there VP ! Long time no "type"? LOL .. yes I have seen some very intense strange weather over there indeed ! Yes .. I needed to put my big girl pants on and think of an adult name for my blog ? hehehe
I tried to reach as many bloggers as I could but some fell through the cyber cracks ? ;-)
I'm VERY jealous of the Dr. Who episodes there .. we might get that by Easter ?? jeez !

Hello there Linda ! Freezing rain always sends a chill up my back .. you can hear sirens all day around Kingston with that stuff falling and STUPID drivers;-( Keep warm girl and don't go out there !!!

Hello Linda : )and thank you ! .. Good shadows are hard to track down with the weird weather we are having .. let alone good sunrises which have been ages .. jeez !

Thanks Sylvia and you are so right .. we haven't even began the real winter yet and so long to get through the intensely bad stuff to come .. dull gray days to drag us down .. yuck !

Eileen girl yo are entitled to enjoy any movie you like ;-) music is good in that one too !
YES !! Eileen .. you have to have a gargoyle girl .. I insist on it .. so keep your eyes peeled for one OK ?? .. it is a must for every garden!

Thank you Beverly ! I actually have missed my garden a while back when I managed to mess myself up in August .. I am deep in garden withdrawal but hope to keep myself busy with planning next years ?
Keep warm girl !

SR .. This is a twilight Zone winter I think .. hey, did you know about the meteor shower coming starting Monday ? look to the north east after 10 PM .. I am gong to try and see if I can have a glimpse of it : )

Cindee girl .. those awful GRAY days that do nothing other than make us depressed .. we need to do something during those days that cheer us up girl !! : )

Shirley the post Christmas time must hit you hard ? .. I figure if I start something new to carry on through that time it might rescue me? hehehe from the "cabin crazies"?

Tracy girl thank you ! and I know what you mean .. some days fly by while others drag its' feet ?
Yes .. the good my garden does for my spirit .. well a huge gap there right now .. but I will manage to muster through some how .. thank you for the speedy wishes : )

Wink, wink back at 'cha. Nice shadow shots, Joy girl! I surmise our TG is engaged in summer's memories with that sweet bit of sunshine as a reminder. It's only 6 SHORT months away. Oh Lordy.

I love when you show Winthrop. The different lighting and shadowing makes him seem to be showing different moods. The shadow shots are lovely.

I see you finally got some white stuff, so did we. It all came down in the space of two hours, and boy is it pretty! Now it's supposed to get really cold, so it will stick around for a bit. I don't like cold and snow, but sometimes snow is nice to cover up the gray.

Robin girl we have had some VERY weird weather with a weekend full of rain and now a cold front setting in .. could be dicey to say the least with driving .. you are so right about covering up that gray/brown stuff though !!

Hey there Rebecca girl : ) The boys appreciate any "air" time I manage for them .. they know they have a following ?? LOL
