Shadow Shot Time

I am late with my Shadow Shot this week ... things just got a little slowed down .. even my brain !
I hope that there are lots of shots to see over at Gemma's place .. so I am going to join in late or not : )
This is a rare moment that I caught a shadow, there are a few in this picture the little arm poking out is from my "hens'nchicks" still very green and alive with this whacky weather .. I dread what price we will have to pay for it being so warm and of the no snow nature in the GWN !  eeekkk !

Strong shadows indicate strong sunshine. May all your days be sunny (at least in your heart) in 2012.

A SHADOW THE SIZE OF THE SUN

If I had a shadow the size of the sun,
I’m not sure how fast I’d be able to run,
Or if I could flee from its ravenous jaws,
While keeping away from its razor-sharp claws!

You found just the right place to share a shadow. Looking forward to seeing more from your part of the world.

The artistry of shadows is everywhere- the discerning eye captures these. I like yours, the non-linear shapes are so nice. Have a fine week!

Your fancy cabbage (kale?) is pretty too. The shadow is very intricate. It has been unusually warm here too. We don't always get snow so it is no surprise to not have any. I feel like you do in that I am afraid we will have to "pay" for this good weather in some way.

And don't worry! You're not late! The link is open all week till the next SSS2 post!

That's a great photo and better late than never! Oh and my brain tends to slow down on a very regular basis. Sometimes even high coffee consumption no longer works. Which is a worry!

Have yourself a great week ahead :)
