Shadow Shot Time

It has been ages since I posted .. the renos and number one son's visit have been VERY distracting ..
Son's visit is GREAT ... renos cause instant insanity or enhanced insanity in my case ?
This shot is from September ... I love the way the leaf structure is almost in a skeleton version ? ..
Hinting towards Halloween ? haha
We are also rushing Canadian Thanksgiving today .. so son can have it with us.
He lives in the States now so he is going to have two this year ... gobble gobble ? haha
I missed my fellow "shadow shooters" .. I hope you have all been well and happy !
So make sure to click on the icon to visit all around the world in their special places and see their shadowy worlds : )

Such pretty light highlighting the leaves, spotlighting the flower and casting soft shadows. Lovely photo.

We are doing well here - although our really big kids still live close (ie: at home :) and not all the way in the Palmetto State. So we see them still, not sure of how it will feel when they do move...Two Thanksgivings? That means twice the sausage stuffing! Your flowers, as always, look stunning!

How nice to see a sunny photo with shadows this morning. It is a rainy Sunday and very dull. Enjoy your early Thanksgiving. Hallowe'en is fast approaching.
