I think you should be proud to be Canadian. My father-in-law was born in Saskatchewan. When things seem especially discouraging this side of the border we sometimes speculate on whether Judy could claim Canadian citizenship. I purchased my first hellebore this year and it's waiting patiently to get planted outside, but there are finally hints of life in the form of crocus and daffodil foliage poking through the ground. Hurray!

Is it just me or does it seem as if our "springs" are getting shorter? I seem to recall a much more gradual transition - but maybe it's just because I didn't have the boatload of spring garden tasks to do back then!Margarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15949946977793864054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-726816697009103332.post-83902957153699320572019-04-20T08:55:10.404-04:002019-04-20T08:55:10.404-04:00P.S. The greenery can be so slow to show that it makes us crazy. It will happen. It is fun to see the bare bones of your garden. I love those big flagstones in your center walkway. Everything looks ready for action. It won't be long now. Your sun/moon photos are good. It has been so cloudy and rainy here that I didn't get to see this full moon, I could feel it though.
