The Karley Rose grass has completely over taken the obelisk this year .. you can just make out the top between the grass heads. I had to support it with a green wire tie .. not noticeable and it gives it a better form .

The Hummingbird Clethra is blooming on the left side of the grass.

I found that I could "pinch back" the Joe Pye at different levels to keep a better form in my small garden as well .. in steps of flowers.
