Silver Edged Lavender

I have to buy two of something when I'm not sure of them and it is a GOOD habit to have (within reason and pocket change of course !) these little guys haven't put out flower stems this year but I don't mind at all. The foliage itself is beautiful .. flowers will be a bonus .. so perhaps next year they will put on a happy face and bloom for me ?
