Well ... this is certainly different from last January .. but then December was different too ! I'm liking the bit about more snow on the garden .. that is a comfort to know the babies are all tucked in nicely. BUT ... since our snow blower is in the shop, coming back home tomorrow .. yesterday was a shoveling day for hubby and son .. isn't that just the way things work ? haha

Snow for us too on Jan. 1, and there is still plenty of it around. The temperatures are frigid right now, but expected to reach the + side really soon.
We have virtually no snow and on the date of your post we still had none - I'm in Buffalo - you can't be that far away. It's been cold, but no snow.
Just looking at your snow shots makes me cold.
