Big Sky 'Sunrise"

'Sunrise" from the 'Big Sky" echinacea cultivars is one of my 'you can count on me" flowers .. it never gives up hope that I will take notice of it and have that goofy grin on my face in complete and utter gratefulness that it will shine even with my passing it over for some extra water or attention. It was my first Big Sky cultivars and I was head over heels in love with all of them .. but some how the first born ? always tugs at your garden soul, especially when it keeps up that beautiful growth and appearance : )

Absolutely delicious echinacea. These flowers could warm up any garden. Nice pics.

Forgive me as this made me cry. My first and other Big Sky beauties are over at my other house with folks that don't even know they have them. They aren't garden people from what my new neighbor told me. You know--that just makes me sad. Yours are so fresh and really do give for a long time. I will have them again---in time.

Very pretty. I'd like to try those in my new garden among the ornamental grasses.

Hi Marnie .. I think they look great with ornamental grasses .. nice and tall so they will be seen, no problem there !

Anna .. hey, I understand how you feel. That is why I never poured my heart into any of the other houses we had been in .. mostly military quarters. I saved myself for the last home .. and YOU WILL HAVE THEM AGAIN !! so be happy .. don't worry ? LOL

Cindee .. I'll have to talk that over with the girls (kitties) about you moving in .. they are so picky ! LOL
I wonder what is happening that you are loosing echinacea like that ? .. they are usually strong willed and return no problem .. I might have to go over there and see what is going on ? LOL

Darlene .. you could be right kid .. the mouth has to be just "so" during the rain dance or it will be a no show (and I'm NOT talking neighbors .. they WATCH !) haha .. it is a really nice echinacea .. you should have one too !!

PG .. it is pale but it is beautiful all the same .. not a screaming yellow for sure .. get one and I promise you will love it !

Thank you Stuart : )
They are one of the best around !
