Congratulations to all of YOU !

I'm late getting this posted but I wanted to say to all of you gardeners that what ever else you have done in your life ... you have given something special back to the earth by being a gardener, no matter how large or small your "garden" is.
I'm not being mushy .. I really think every bit counts for the better ..
So Happy Earth Day .. it was an amazing sunrise this morning .. then because we are Canadians .. the elastic weather band SNAPPED and we had one heck of a gray windy COLD day .. but hey .. that is mom nature saying "you still have to appreciate me anyways !!" snort giggle giggle : )Posted by Picasa

Thank you! That is one lovely scene that you chose to celebrate Earth Day. Hope you had a good one, too.

Happy earth day, Joy! Yup, all gardeners give back to nature. And I'm proud to be a part of this amazing group of people.

It was pretty chilly today, wasn't it? I froze my butt off while walking around WalMart's garden centre sporting only a wool sweater and t-shirt underneath. Still, I refused to leave even while freezing until I was done looking at the plants :)

And I hope you enjoyed a Happy Earth Day too, Joy! It was a beauty here with the exception of a short burst of showers. Your sunrise photo is gorgeous!

Rebecca girl I really mean it to each and every gardener/blogger or non-blogger ? LOL
We "feel" something special .. a connection to the earth .. and in return we try to care for something living that is attached to it some how !
Mean while ... I am deep in garden work and praying for a few rain days so I can stop and rest up !! LOL
