These pictures of yesterdays morning clouds are not going to give you the full affect of how awesome they were .. the copper to gold to other hints of colour within them were so beautiful.
It was something I had not seen before and you all know how my face is stuck to that section of sky in the morning ..
The sky was so clear before these few clouds floated by I didn't think I would be taking any pictures of that morning ..
But .. a small "herd" of wispy puffy clouds appeared out of no where and were hitting just the right spot while the sun was rising to the right .. the reflection was amazing !
You have to click on the pictures to get a small idea of how transparent or translucent they became .. and yet because i had to shrink their size more detail is missing.
You have to take my word for it that it was a stunning sight and I won't forget it for a long time .. thus pictures are handy to have ? *smirk*
So this is my little corner of sky heaven .. watching the world go by ...
That pear tree of our neighbors almost broke branches it was so loaded and yes ! we have MANY pears from it too .. anyone care for some ??
Now for my little piece of Halloween : )It is rare to find "Dutch" type cards .. believe me .. I have searched !
I have a soft spot for the Netherlands .. they were so warm and wonderful to us while we lived there for four years .. yes we traveled and saw many other countries but there was such a connection to the Dutch it is hard to explain .. you would have to understand the impact Canadians had with the liberation with WW II .. they still express such profound grateful respect.
In any case .. this is a light hearted card with a cute scenario for Halloween .. and it is 70 nights until the BIG one !!!!
I wonder why "he" gets the pumpkin and "she" gets the cat ? .. I think that look they have might just lead up to a smooch ?? wink wink

I think it is a very nice sky. That is one mean looking pumpkin in the bottom shot, though.

70 days...not as sweet as your card, it's spider season here. They know its (Halloween, of course!) getting close. Eek.
