These shots were a few days ago .. the skies have been rather quiet ? Not a lot of drama to capture.
I wonder what it was thinking ? Was it in need of alone time ? To just enjoy the sun as it was rising ?
I did add some "warm-fly, for Jen" .. I just know it is her favourite type of filter now ! wink wink

I think the bird was relishing in the beauty of the morning. I believe they appreciate all that is around them, not just mindlessly go about the day. I think you can even spot a little joy in them too. I have a cockatoo and he has many expressions and moods, so why not little birds too. I always see when he is happy, it actually looks like his beak is in a smile.
Joy, your blog is looking very festive! Love the header. :)
All the best for a wonderful Christmas and holiday season. Relax and enjoy. xo
Hello Donna girl and Merry Christmas to YOU !
I think you are very right about how much we don't know that creatures "think" I would love to see your cockatoo SMILE ! : )
Ms S I just peeked at your last post and I am still giggling over "baby cheeses" that is just too cute !
Thank you girl and all the best to you and yours !! : )
Thank you icedgurl : ) All the best to you and your family for Christmas !! : )
Our skies seem rather dull here too at present, although I like the touch of pink your horizon has. We are mainly clouds and snow right now (yeesh, once it started it just won't stop) with short short days. Looking forward to spring skies already. Have a wonderful Christmas and best wishes in the new year Joy.
