I am a morning person .. but twilight, that soft prelude to evening, is very special to me ..
Our simple grape arbor set a perfect shot with its straight lines and tangle of grape and kiwi vines.
The rustic style birdhouse was a bonus.

It gives the impression of a very pleasant and casual garden, and I like that very much. I, too, am rather a morning person (getting up before 6am on a Saturday), and it really is some of the most beautiful light of the day.
Love the softening colors, and the fading detail as the light falters.

Judging by the lighting, it could also be the beginning of a beautiful day at sunrise too. The shadows add a richness to your garden. Add shadows to spring growth, and your home is a true beauty!

What a lovely shadow! I use to have a grape arbor at our last house outside of my kitchen window...it smelled heavely in September when the grapes were ready to be picked! Enjoy the week ahead Joy!
