Hm-m-m makes you think... did the leaf float there on its own or was it put there for a photo opportunity.

Linda girl would you believe the wind blew it there ? haha .. I just nudged it a bit to get centered .. we have a remarkable maple that is the last tree to drop its leaves .. the ones without the black tar spot are simply gorgeous!

Is that Heucherella 'Mystic Mist' or something like that? I remember trying to grow it TWICE! Both times it bit the dust and after the second time, I realized it had to do with the dang root weevils eating it. Hmm...who'd a thunk, right?

Yours is really pretty and the bonus leaf is a nice Autumnal Touch.

Take care girlfriend. Write when you can.

Hello Grace girl !
Yes that is it .. they can be a bit touchy here too for some reason (most of mine of the 3 types, heucerha, tiarella, heucherell) are fine here .. but this caught my eye with the mottling .. I love it!Sorry it doesn't stick for you girl .. I know you like it too!
After today it is going to rain for about 5 days so I should catch up on e-mail girl ! LOL

Beautiful! I love the red veins in the green leaves.

Ontario has had one of the best fall for colours, sun days and just enough rain to make everything golden.

Hello Miss Kodee !
Yes .. Ontario can have the best of Autumn colours .. but it is a gamble every year on whether it will be a wonderful Autumn or not .. these past 3 have not been the best here in Kingston. But I still try !!
