Shadow Shot Time

This is a warm and fuzzy (feeling) shot from last summer .. there are special parts of my garden that hold a certain atmosphere that I love .. when it is hot and humid and I feel like laying down and not getting up because that weather drains a gardener so much ? .. I take a break and breath in that shady section with pretty plants and it refreshes my soul : )
For more refreshing shade and shadows make sure you click on the icon to visit so many beautiful "takes" on shade ... and quietly enjoy them : )

i just posted on someone else's summer shot about laying down in the middle of the flowers...breathing the peaceful place into my soul...winter makes those precious garden times more dear.
side note: the court date was postponed. nothing to report.

I feel like this shot is quite lively. Reminds me that spring won't be a long as it has been.

The weather may drain a gardener as much as the gardener's hard work and perhaps angst on the garden. Yet no matter what, the final results of beautiful flora is why you keep at it. We who did not work on the garden, nevertheless marvel at its beauty. And this scene is beautiful!

Love that shot! I know what you mean about certain parts of the garden. I have areas that always bring me joy. I like your white header. I have that plant on the left, but mines purple. At least I think they are the same. I like your white one. Does yours bloom early and then the greenery go dormant?

I love any shot that shows summer now. We have some snow cover but it is not much and I am already done with it!

For some odd reason, your photo is not showing up on my screen, so I'll take your word that it's a warm and fuzzy shot!
