Curry and Parsely

I should have been enjoying these plants more often than I did .. flat leaf parsley is a wonderful fresh herb addition to so many foods along with salad .. that is the green bit .. now the blueish gray bit is another matter ( no .. not brain matter .. phew .. obviously since I under utilized these garden accessories !) .. this is a "curry" plant .. it is amazingly "CURRY" ! in scent .. but to tell the truth I'm not sure if it retains that as a dried herb or fresh for that matter .. but it is a fun plant to squeeze and smell ! .. yes, I am BIG kid ... still !
