Bittersweet Vine

I will be perfectly honest and say I have no idea which kind of bittersweet vine this is. I can't even remember seeing berries. I know it needs a shearing here and there to keep it looking neat .. I know it is AMAZING how much cooler it is under the arbor with this vine .. quite a few times I have stood under it to get a break from the sun and heat when I have been working in the garden. I have a clematis (just planted last Autumn) that is training up the other side for some flower interest .. a break from all the GREEN in other words .. anyone else with a bittersweet vine that can tell me which one this might be ?

You know, I never even realized bittersweet was a vine! Good luck in your search.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving such a nice comment. Three Beautiful Things has been a "good thing" for me to incorporate into my day. It has helped me to slow down and appreciate things.

Hi "BB" .. aren't I lazy ? LOL
I wish I knew for sure whether this was American or Chinese Bittersweet .. or "native" .. it is a lush hit of greenery to soften the garden though.
Yes .. we all forget to stop and appreciate what we do have instead of what we don't.
