Saturday's Shadow Shot Sunday

This picture was taken a few weeks back .. and I almost forgot it altogether!
Thank goodness for "drafts" and keeping them on the "table" for me to reach for.
It had been after after a rainy day and the bird bath was full to the brim .. when I saw the reflection of the sky in it ... well .. it is beautiful .. you can almost see the "blue" of the sky in between the clouds : )
Tracy over at Hey Harriet has all of us looking at shadows ..
I'm sure every day I size up some shadows to see if they meet the high standard of our wonderful group of "Shadow Chasers" .. go wander over to Tracy's place and have your fill of fantastic light play !

That is a chirpy shadow Joy. It is good to have a few 'drafts' handy. I like the leaves reflecting too. ;>)

Awesome reflection. I'm finally getting my act together and did take a shadow shot photo today, and if I'm really good I'll get it posted by tomorrow.

p.s. - LOVE your header! I just planted white and blue baptisia started from seeds this spring. I know it will be at least a couple of years for blooms and seed pods, but it will be worth the wait.

Beautiful...some day I'll have the perfectly groomed gardens I used to have, but for now, I'll settle for random wild flourishes, as time and too much rain has this lone gardener frustrated as to where to begin...how 'bout next year...ha!

KUDOS to the master gardener(s)!!!

Wonderful reflection of the sky on the water. The smallest bits of water can reflect the sky so beautifully sometimes, can't they? Yours is lovely.
Thank you for visiting my blog. Visitors make my day.
