Yes .. I did put the leaf in with my last rosemary plant It just struck me that the two together, spoke of this last bit of wonderful green life, side by side with a colourful leaf that was ushering in the time of "sleep" coming to my garden ... a little wistful .. a little stab to my heart ... that my garden is ebbing away from its toe hold on my day to day life .. it sleeps and I plan .. all winter .. about "it" .. ..... living robust in my thoughts, ... what am I going to create next garden season. But this is a "shadow shot" as well .. if you click on it you can see rosemary leaves casting their shadow through the leaf .. almost like and x-ray ? : )
