Shadow Shot Time

This is a very simple scenario .. you don't have to scrutinize the picture for possible multiple shadows (which can be fun in it's own right) .. My little "Pot Pixie" holds a spade in her hands ready to go to work for me .. that is what I love about pot pixies .. they never think any job is too big for them ?
I love that her green wings show up as green in the shadow as well .. I couldn't ask for more !
Now .. Tracy over at Hey Harriet has many many shadow shooters across the world showing their shadows off for us to see .. so skeddadle over and have a peek ! there might possibly be more pixies there ? wink wink

What a cool shadow, love the green wings, but, in the shadow she looks more like she is going to whack someone with that spade, rather than help out! LOL

Hello there Sylvia : ) how are things way out there ? Shadows are treasure to find where you might not expect them ? : )

Hello Beverley and thank you : )
It is a very quiet weekend here .. I was out in my ratty housecoat this morning trying to find something interesting to photograph .. but the garden is looking a wee bit sad : ( no sun!

Wow, you have a pixie gardener? We don't - yet I see the utility of the little shoveler. One who will break her back for the perfect gardener. Without expecting such niceties as compensation or board. The perfect gardener! She is the most amazing helper I am sure!

This may be a simple scenario, but it is effectively beautiful! There is a wonderful sense of serenity in this moment!

Great shot! I can hardly tell where the shadows stop and the substance begins or vice versa! I also love the Halloween Inukshuk! Very cool!
Happy Birthday Leah. I know you are somewhere.

I put in a new link to my blog at Hey Harriet's. I screwed up the first one. Hope you have time to take a look.

Peace
