Beauty out of the Chaos ?

Out of all of the chaos yesterday between the dreaded truth of those mysterious noises finally nailed as the monster raccoon gang back for the bed and breakfast routine .. and the burst of activity with the tree company "here you see it , now you don't!" with our Mountain Ash .. and let me tell you I loved the laugh I got with young guys and power tools .. too funny how much they love their job ?
I saw beauty in the garden and it really made me feel better and actually hopeful ?

Beautiful healthy hellebore  .. the only problem is that there are a few that I am not sure which cultivars they are .. so I will have to wait for the flowers to give me a hint on the name.
I do know that this last one is Ivory Prince and that he holds his foliage very nicely  : )
This was a nice close up on a pretty bud reaching out for the sun .. but again, not sure which one this is. I may have to take advantage of your keen eyes and list the 13 or 14 different ones I have ?

This is Golden Sage that has come through the winter and is trying to look like it's name.
I thought the light filtering through the leaves was really quite pretty.
If you look into the background .. as fuzzy as it is .. you see nature happening .. these local finches are trying to make the hole in what was our nesting Chickadee's house from last year, bigger to suit themselves ! .. I feel kind of sad, nothing against these finches but I really loved seeing the Chickadees .. we have two other bird houses coming and I have to find the hole guards that keep larger birds from kicking smaller ones out !!
Winthrop and the boys have "weathered" the winter yet again .. but Winthrop surveys the back garden in deep thought .. is this Spring or is it "Spring Deception" ?

Joy, you have a lot coming up. Now I am worried about the heat, eighty today, spring might be a flash if this continues.

Eileen girl I am worried about this weird weather too .. tomorrow it goes up to 15C with thunder showers .. even though the garden is still wet it can use all the water still. Lets hope we don't have an intense turn around that shocks our poor plants !
Fingers crossed girl !!

Darla girl ;-) My new birdhouses are in and we will pick them up tomorrow.. I don't have my guards though so I have to find some soon .. and yes, this weather is something I can't really count on for good yet !!

Hello EG !! Yes there is HOPE in my garden so I will have to hang on to that : )

I am not touching anything for a while yet. This is the hardest time of the year to do nothing!!!

That is so true Sandy .. and normally I would not have either .. but I truly needed some stress busting and the weather cooperated so somethings got done !

Joy, I am wondering right along with Winthrop, can spring really be here this early? Today is fantastic again and I snuck out into the garden this morning. My hellebores are just behind yours (we have a bit of a micro-climate in our deep little valley). Are you going to make it to Canada Blooms? I want to go, but am not sure when I will find time to make it to the show. Love your new rubber boots by the way!

Hello Jennifer girl I was just over to your place to see that gorgeous butterfly post !
I am so wondering about this weather too .. I don't trust it but I am going to take advantage of it and work in the garden this weekend hopefully !
I can't make it to the Blooms .. I am a bit stretched here as it is.
I think I will lose it pretty soon if they don't get rid of this raccoon problem eekkkkkkkk !!!!!!

I have to comment on those cute boots you have on your sidebar. I love them. Now I've got a request: Get your hubby to take a photo of you wearing them. Pretty please! :) Hugs!
