Shadow Shot Time & Happy St. Paddy's Day !!

Baptisia Australis ... one of my oldest plants in the garden and it is lush and lovely early July.
I caught a great shadow shot of it , shadowing itself ? !
Of course I had to do a GREEN post today as well  : )

Shadow Shot Time once again and I have no idea how this week flew by ?
Maybe it was the shock of the raccoon(s) setting up their "Bed & Breakfast" haunt in our attic again ?
Maybe we are too trusting of the company that thought they banished the raccoons the second time they partied up there ?
Third time lucky because if not I am going to sue the ever loving pants off of them ? ..
Nice guys DO finish last is ringing so TRUE right now !!

Husband lost his cell phone and it is driving him mad .. poor guy has had to put up with the hysterical ME .. juggle intensive work getting the annual charity hockey tournament arranged ..
This guy is dead tired and the last thing he needed was losing his phone ... BIG sigh !

On the bright side .. the weather is amazing (kind of scary on it's own) but I might be able to get the garden totally cleaned up in the next three days and that ? would be WONDERFUL !!!
Mid June 2011 .. Spring bulbs have died back but .. most of the garden is looking good  : )
This is what I am aiming for !!!  REWARD factor x 100 !!!!

Such wonderful, beautiful, spring-like shadow shots for the day! I love them and just sight I needed on this gray, gray, rainy day! Have a great weekend!

I love your appropriately green post today and especially your self-shadowing green plant. :)

Your backyard is beautiful and I have no doubt it will look just as good THIS year!

The focus on leaf beauty in the first photo is wonderful! Love the strong green contrasting with the block of shadow! And the second photo is such a lovely glimpse into your garden world! Delightful!

Love the green shadows, Happy St. Patricks to you too! Raccoon B&B, uh oh. They can be incredibly loud, not to mention smelly. How in the world are they getting in? well I suppose if you knew they wouldn't get in. That has got to be frustrating. Best of luck removing the small bears.

Your garden is magnificent! The many plats are lovely, the curvy motif neat. The care, love and work you provide is what makes is so nice. Spring awaits!

Goodness me, seems like when it rains at your place, it pours. The racoons, the lost phone, planning a tournament, when all Joy wants is to be out in the garden! This weather has driven most gardeners out of doors, but be cautious, I don't think Old Man Winter is finished with us just yet! The wonderful shot of 2011 is simply divine! Something to look forward to!

When my son lost his phone, he eventually found it inside a shoe - he had obviously come in, taken off his shoes, popped his phone inside to take them upstairs later - then forgot that was where his phone was!
The garden looks good - ours is rapidly waking up with the mild spring weather, so Malcolm is already busy (I retired from gardening when he retired and took over!)
