I have to begin by saying these amazing skies were shot just a few mornings ago .. the cloud cover and sunrise were just right .. these skies are so rare now it makes me shiver when I see them and try to capture them.
Sadly I can't from our deck anymore .. my neighbor's lilac trees have blocked the view .. so I have to run to my bedroom window and hope my windows aren't too dirty ? sad but true ;-)
On with the show !
To the right you see a bending branch .. it is my neighbor's pear tree .. the weight of the pears is beginning to truly weigh on the tree's strength.
This lower one is a little more detailed so you can see the rounded bottoms of the gorgeous fruit.

You can see more of the sun "bursting" through on the right hand side .. it glows through the tree branches.
It was even more beautiful to the naked eye and happens very fast ..
.... and then for a few more minutes .. the world becomes very "rosy" for a while and looks magical from my window.
As my friend Jean would say "Roll on Autumn !!" : )

Those are great photos. I miss the good open view of the sky and the western horizon that I had at my previous residence - here there are too many trees and houses very close by to get decent views of sunsets and sunrises.

I am losing my view because of my neighbor's lilac trees and some brush .. it breaks my heart a little because I so loved that view .. but what can you do eh ? stomp over and demand they cut them back so I can have my view again ? LOL
