That looks like a nice plant, such strong stems. Does it have pretty blooms earlier? I like the rock stack:)

Joy, this plant is called here as Veronica virginica. I have not it in my garden. I think I planted Veronica but don't remember where. It's pretty!

Perfect. I think I want to come sit there with a cosy blanket around me and a thermos of hot chocolate and a book of poems. What a lovely spot. :)

Hello Linda girl and thank you very much ! : )

Darla girl congratulations again with the anniversary ! Did you get up , smile and stretch today too?LOL

Thanks very much Elaine : )

Yes Leslie it has very unusual hooked cone flowers that will bloom again if you cut the plant back .. and they come in different colours now as well!

Hello Karen girl and thanks for stopping by : ) Have a great weekend girl!

Thank you Nadezda .. this is more of a native variety but I have a cultivar that is a pretty violet colour too .. they are hardy plants!

Lisa girl thank you .. we have been lucky not to have snow yet .. but then again we had next to none last year .. so maybe it is happening again ? eeekkk !

Thank you imagebloke .. they are very hardy plants.

Ms. S so nice to see you : ) It is a nice place in the garden, under the maple tree : )

Thank you so much Buttons .. it is a special place in the garden : )
