Shadow Shot Time

This shadow is way back from September 2012 .. in the last of the garden brilliance.
It is a special shot to me not only for the subtle shadows but for the streaming prismatic light that the camera caught to the left. It sets a mood I can't quite put my finger on but it is calm and beautiful to me.
Do click on the "Shadow Shot" icon to travel the world and see what other beautiful shadows have been captured by my fellow shadow shooters !

The autumn was on its way, the cold weather to be is on its way as the southern angled sun is making for longer shadows. Yet, it looks and feels still warm...your garden is so inviting!

I am pretty sure they call that shot a "brokeh" shot. Early on in my photography pursuits I had a happy accident of catching light like your shot, now I always try. But like the sun itself you can't always depend on it.
Great shot.

You always spoil me with pretty pictures.
Soon I will be home. Today I called and they said it was snowing with intermittent sun.
Gotta love Scottish weather.

This has got to be one of my favourite of your shadow shots Joy. I love the play of sunlight in the picture.
The temperatures have finally warmed. Do you think spring might finally be insight?
