Garden Import Mail Order Review

Well .. here is the last of the mail order reviews .. I have ordered from Garden Import before so I had an idea of what size and condition the plants would be .
Small .. but not as small as Richter's  !! .. had to get that one more dig in ? .. having said that I better not burn my bridge because it seems that Kent Beauty oregano is extremely hard to find and I am beginning to become a fan of it even as it grows a tiny bit right now.

OK .. so box wise

Well packed but not like the mission impossible like Richter's !!!

The plants were moist .. well wrapped and had elastics that kept the wrapping in place so in good condition.

Yes .. I would have liked the plants to be larger .. but these plants were no where to be found in my area.
Mail order for them was my only option and as I said they were in good condition .. I have plants from last year that I ordered from Garden Import that are doing fine.
So .. Tiny Tuff Stuff Hydrangea is the biggest one there .. Behind is clematis Princess Kate and to the right is Little Mermaid clematis.

So ? am I happy with what I received ? .. yes, I am but I will have a close eye on them all to make sure they are also happy and flourish !

Joy, I checked out the links to the plants and the Princess Kate clematis is a stunner! Zone 4, huh? If it does really well for you I might consider it in a sheltered spot in my zone 3 garden. Gorgeous!

Love your reviews. :)

I really appreciate your 'reviews' on mail order plant companies. Your Cannings review is what prompted me to order from them this year and it was a success -thanks to you.
