Beeautfiul. A great year in the garden for the echinacea . Having those thoughts about how to change my garden to make it easier going forward too. Watering is certainly a huge consideration - also all those island beds...I tell you by the time winter comes around I have back muscles like the Hulk from all the edging and grass trimming....

Do you have Joe Pye in your garden? I think you do, don't you? Anyway, mine is in full bloom now and I counted 10 bumblebees on the plants yesterday. I love bumblebees!

Gracie of course I have Joe Pye girl!! and "Little Joe" too right beside my butterflybush Nanho Blue so they are the "Bee Bomb" ? LOL
I love the darling bumbles too .. they have a tough life though.
