A quickie before it gets busy ...

It will be a couple of more weeks before the renovation of the garden paths and fence but in the mean time I keep snapping some pictures .. maybe for the before and after reveal ... or because I just can't help myself ?
My "Hens'Chicks and sedum jar was fun to put together.
My crazy corkscrew hazel is taking it's time unfurling it's leaves .. kind of a Harry Potter look ?
I am trying to figure this hellebore out ........
Another epimedium peeking out ....
Flashing some colour from the back garden ....
Pink Skyrocket has taken off ...
Quick walk around the curve of the back garden .... clematis still to climb adding some greenery and colour later on.
Morning shot of the sun shining in just the right part of the garden ... peaceful and pretty !
I didn't thin I would like this white lily in glass solar light as much as I do .. apparently a raccoon was having a love affair with it as well when I caught him at it last night ... I don't know who was more surprised?!!

Your gardens are looking lovely Joy ... filling out and looking lush and green. We are in the midst of a kitsch reno ... nothing at all in their now, new floor laid yesterday, grout today and cabinets go in next week.

Love the little sedum planter! Your garden looks terrific Joy. I always admire the coral colored Heuchera you have. They are as pretty as flowers. Your Foam flowers are so much nicer than mine which are struggling. Not enough water? I am not sure why mine are struggling.
Looking at your packed flowerbeds I wonder where you are going to find the room for all your mail order plants, but then we gardeners have a way of finding a way to squeeze in just a few more plants don't we? LOL! Have a great weekend!!

Hi Joy!! Sorry it's been ages! Your garden is looking fabulous, love the corkscrew hazel. You're so much further ahead than those of us out west, feels like we just got rid of our snow (which is pretty much true). :)

Wow, you have some pretty flowers! And your bleeding heart on the top is just too pretty. Been making wool pillows with pink bleeding hearts which are fun to do. Didn't know about the white variety.
