This is the first neighborhood I've lived in where you just don't get trick or treaters. It is a cul-de-sac of garden homes where mostly retired folks live. Not one in three years!Brenda
Brenda ! Are you kidding ? .. that is just too funny .. I guess you don't need to worry about buying Halloween candy too early and eating it ? LOL
Even where I live I don't have to worry about Trick or Treaters. Since all the neighbourhood kids have grown up and moved away we don't get any kids at all. We go to our daughter's house in town to see the kids all dressed up.
Love the kitty. I need to take a picture of my black cat and the pumpkin(-:
Cindee .. now I really want to see that picture girl ! There is nothing more perfect than a black cat and a very orange pumpkin picture !!!Crafty .. Brenda said the same thing .. she doesn't get the kids either .. hey, you can always come here and hand out candy if you really NEED to girl ! LOL
Striking, simple photo - love it! Very amusing poem. We get tons of gremlins... big clusters of them. Even if I were inclined to hide, as in the poem, I believe that Lucy would give me away with her barking - she's a very dedicated watchdog./Deb
LOL ! Lucy knows her job Deb : )We have quite a few kids .. but we are in a cul du sac, so the dead end thing can be a pain for kids that want to run house to house fast .. Friday night is going to be BUSY for sure .. eeekkkk ! LOL
