Shadow Shot Time

I finally gave up and had to reach way back into the picture files .. June 2011 for this one.
I am beginning to feel CABIN FEVER ... so grasping some green was just going to have to happen at this point.
I love having some "living" shadows to use even if they are suspended in time a few years back.
All bets are off for us shadow shooters this time of year !
So enjoy a little trip around the world spying on shadows captured by shadow sleuths by clicking on that nifty icon igniting your trip !!

As nice as snow is for a shadowy canvas, it starts to get old ad the winter slogs on. So, the sunny days of a warmer season is a fine respite from the cold, in or outside of the GWN. The days of lush gardens - not too far off from now. Great shadowy chice!

That is a lovely reminder of gardening season.
I did manage to get some shadow shots this week, as even though it was frigid the sun was out. It is getting a bit milder though, for a day or so, next week.

Lovely photo ! For once this winter I am not suffering from cabin fever as I now refuse to be stuck in all day . I have been bundling up and taking our Miggs for a walk every day for an hour then playing with her in the yard and have felt soo good from it to ! Nothing like brisk , crisp cold fresh country air to make you feel invigorated even if the winds have made it feel -20 or more ! Have a good day !

I've been pretty good about winter so far but this past week is certainly making things difficult. Who wants to go outside when it means you'll literally freeze your skin off!! Can't wait for next week and the expected plus temperatures to come with it.

I know what you mean, someone should give the sun a poke...other then yesterday afternoon...nothing.

We haven't seen sun for sometime.

Hope that you get some soon, and us too.

Still a lovely picture if it is from 2011. Not a lot of sunshine here either and I've had to search through some of my way back photos too.
